Additional Information

This issue is fixed in the June 2023 release of ArcGIS GeoBIM. Refer to https://www.esri.com/arcgis-blog/products/geobim/aec/using-user-specified-coordinate-systems-in-arcgis-geobim-projects/ for the best practices for local coordinates. Previously, ArcGIS GeoBIM only supported the Web Mercator coordinate system.
