Additional Information

The ability to create locator views is not supported in the ArcGIS Enterprise portal environments configured to use web-tier authentication. The option to create locator views is hidden from the Content page of the ArcGIS Enterprise portal site starting at version 10.9.1 and the limitation is added to the documentation.
