Additional Information
Creating projects from Esri templates fails in ArcGIS Enterprise 10.9 or earlier. This is because Esri templates is updated to a newer version of solution items, and earlier versions of the QuickCapture web designer cannot use this newer version. As a workaround, sign in to an ArcGIS Enterprise organization from the QuickCapture website and use the Esri templates.Workaround
- Create a template in ArcGIS QuickCapture. This loads the feature services into its respective solution folder in Portal for ArcGIS but the template itself will fail.
- Once the layers are loaded, open QuickCapture.
- Select create from existing service.
- Select the feature service created from the template to use in creating a new QuickCapture app.
