Unable to create administrative connection in ArcCatalog through a web adaptor when the ArcGIS Server host name is the same as the web adaptor folder name.

Several workarounds exist, all of which depend on using some value OTHER than the web adaptor folder name in the server host name portion of the URL:1.) Rename server.2.) Use IP address of server (eg: <a href="http://10.10.10.10/arcgis" target="_blank">http://10.10.10.10/arcgis</a>).3.) Install web adaptor to another folder name.4.) BEST: Explicitly define the connection URL to include the admin point (eg: <a href="http://ARCGIS/arcgis/admin" target="_blank">http://ARCGIS/arcgis/admin</a>).Steps to Reproduce
