Additional Information
At this time, this issue will not be addressed due to low Kubernetes 11.3 user count. It is recommended that the customers migrate to ArcGIS Enterprise 11.4 as the issue is not reproducible in the upgraded environment and will include any other relevant bug fixes.Workaround
The issue does not occur when the shared feature service is set to use only one pod.
