Workaround
A possible workaround for ArcGIS Enterprise Cloud Builder for Microsoft Azure 11.1:
- Delete all resources created by the utility (file shares and blobs) inside the cloud storage account (do not delete the account itself).
- Delete the ArcGIS Enterprise site.
- Re-run the ArcGIS Enterprise Cloud Builder for Microsoft Azure 11.1 utility. Utility runs and creates resources without issues.
