Unable to create a mobile map package (.mmpk) with locator if the map is not in the full extent.

- In the Package group on the Share tab, click New Mobile Map Package. The Package Mobile Map pane appears.
- Specify the location to save the package. In this case, save the package to a file.
- Fill in the Summary and Tags fields.
- Choose Current Display Extent to include all data that is visible on the screen.
- Check the Include Locator check box and choose the address locator.
- Zoom out the map until the map is in full extent mode.
- Click Analyze to check for any errors or issues. No errors message are shown.
- Click Package. The mobile map package with a locator is created successfully.
