Additional Information
This issue is caused by two features with a field value that is too long for that field type (MaxDE in the points feature class). Once the two attributes are fixed, the data can be upgraded and copied.
Workaround
This is a data corruption issue. Offending features in ParcelFabric_Points feature class: 74837 & 74842. These two features contain MaxDE values of 1.016610e+240. This is too large for an ArcGIS numeric field. How to fix:
- Open the parcel fabric in ArcMap.
- Find the first bad point by finding the parcels that use point 74837 as a corner point (Name: 511190318016000 or 511190318015000).
- Start Parcel Editing.
- Right click the parcel and choose Construct From Parent.
- Click Build Parcels This should set both features with bad MaxDE to a normal number without modifying the parcel features. The feature dataset 'ParcelEditing' can now be copied to either a file geodatabase or an enterprise geodatabase.
