Bug
Unable to connect to Google Cloud Storage with service account OAuth 2.0 credentials using a .json file containing a private key and client email address. The following error message is encountered: "Error 002594: Failed to establish connection to the root of cloud storage, created ACS file may not work. HTTPS request failed with code 0".

This issue is no longer reproducible in ArcGIS Pro 3.6 and later versions. Please note that the JavaScript Object Notation (JSON) path has to be provided with forward slashes for it to work successfully.Steps to Reproduce
