Additional Information
This is a known limitation due to TLS 1.2 implementation for ArcGIS Online. CityEngine 2017.1 and earlier versions are affected by the TLS 1.2 Update. Please upgrade to a later version of CityEngine. 2018.0 and later version of CityEngine are not affected by the TLS 1.2 update.Workaround
Update to Esri CityEngine 2018.0 or later.
