Additional Information

This issue is not reproducible. If this behavior is encountered, ensure the account running the ArcGIS Monitor Server or Agent service has full control over the installation directory. If the behavior persists, contact Esri Support Services.

Workaround

  • Provide the gMSA with full control over C:\Program Files\ArcGIS\Monitor\bin.
  • Install using a domain account and switch to gMSA.
