Additional Information
This is not reproducible. The requirement is that the ArcGIS Data Store account have full permissions on the install and content directory.Workaround
1. Uninstall ArcGIS Data Store.2. Delete the arcgisdatastore folder.3. Reinstall ArcGIS Data Store using a Windows account, which is in the Administrators group.Steps to Reproduce
