Unable to conduct offline edits in Collector for ArcGIS (iOS) if the web map contains the same feature service layer multiple times with one copy of the layer disabled for editing.

This issue is not reproducible on Collector for ArcGIS (iOS) 18.1.0. Downloading duplicated layers in the offline map fails. This is a known limitation. For this workflow, if duplicated layers are needed in the map, it is recommended to use Feature Layer Views. The following are possible workarounds for this problem:
- Enable editing on both layers.
- Publish the second copy of the data as a separate service.
- Use Collector Classic for ArcGIS (Android).
