Additional Information

ArcGIS Collector has been retired from the iOS and Android application stores and is replaced by ArcGIS Field Maps. The issue is not reproducible in ArcGIS Field Maps. If any issue is experienced, please reach out to Esri Support Services for investigation.

Workaround

Disconnect the R2 unit and collect with decreased accuracy.
