Unable to choose an existing tiling scheme from a cached map or an image service when publishing a cached service from ArcGIS Pro 3.0.2.

Additional Information
This issue is addressed in ArcGIS Pro 3.1.Workaround
- Add ArcGIS Server to the ArcGIS Pro project through Insert > Connections > Server > New ArcGIS Server.
- When using the Existing cached map/image service option, go to Project > Servers to find the existing cached map or image service.
