This issue is non-reproducible. When a Web Coverage Service (WCS) default version is set to 1.1.2 and connects using 1.1.0, the WCS connection properties in ArcGIS Pro displays as 1.1.0 version.Workaround
To solve the issue, set the operating system to the German locale.
