Tablet PC Developer needs to use external APIs to integrate camera software built-in camera as stated in Runtime Help.Workaround
1. Take a higher resolution photo using the tablet's default camera utility.2. Attach it to the feature in ArcGIS for Windows Mobile.Steps to Reproduce
