Additional Information

The behavior is as designed. The View and WFS services cannot be reassigned separately from the original feature service and are to have the same owner.

Workaround

  1. Delete the Web Feature Service (WFS) layer.
  2. Re-assign ownership of the hosted feature layer and hosted view.
  3. Re-create the Web Feature Service (WFS) layer.
