The behavior described in this issue will not be addressed in the current ArcGIS Server Manager application. A next-generation ArcGIS Server Manager app is being developed. The team will evaluate whether to address this issue in the new app. If resolving this issue is critical to the workflows, contact Technical Account Manager or reach out to Esri Support to log feedback for the new application.
