Bug
Unable to build parcels in the map extent with the 'Build Extent' Parcel Fabric command when having a GIS Professional Standard user type assigned. The error message, "Edit Operation Failed. This layer is controlled by a Parcel Fabric. To edit this layer you must be assigned a Parcel Fabric User Type Extension by the portal administrator." is returned.
