Additional Information

When retrieving an existing record via the inbox, if the field corresponding to an irrelevant question in the survey contains data, it is removed on form load. Conversely, if the question is relevant the data will be loaded. Any time a question is toggled from relevant to irrelevant, the data for that question is removed. In the scenario described in this issue, the desired behavior can be achieved using the 'body::esri:visible' column in the XLSForm (instead of the 'relevant' column). It behaves in a similar way and uses the exact same expression, but instead of removing the data, the question is simply hidden from the survey form.
