Unable to authorize an ArcGIS 10.0 concurrent use license while the same ArcGIS 10.1 authorization number has been used to grant ArcGIS 10.1 entitlements.

10.1 and 10.0 licenses should not be duplicated, except in circumstances of moving up between versions, e.g. 10.0 to 10.1 (not in reverse).Workaround
1) Deauthorize the ArcGIS 10.1 Licenses from the License Manager, and then authorize the ArcGIS 10.0 licenses. 2) Once the ArcGIS 10.0 licenses are available on the server, authorize the ArcGIS 10.1 licenses.Steps to Reproduce
