Duplicate of BUG-000166180Workaround
- Use a map service that copies data over to ArcGIS Server.
- Add the service REST URL along with the layer ID as an item in the ArcGIS Enterprise portal's Map Viewer or Map Viewer Classic and then apply the filters.
- Service URL format: https://FQDN/sever/rest/services/ServiceFolderName/ServiceName/LayerID
- Example: https://supt140000219.esri.com/server/rest/services/David2ndTest/MapServer/0
