Additional Information

This is a known limitation in Map Viewer Classic in ArcGIS Enterprise 10.6.1. Map Viewer Classic is based on the older ArcGIS API for JavaScript 4.x. Map Viewer is based on the newer ArcGIS API for JavaScript 4.x, which permits this functionality.
