Additional Information
The global ID value of the attachment has an incorrect format. An example of a global ID which works for an attachment is '989169a5-5739-446a-b185-905c3a6dae13'. Refer to https://codepen.io/laurenb14/pen/YzOOOWN?editors=1000 for a codepen which successfully adds an attachment to the state of California.Workaround
Set useGlobalIds to 'false' in the code and in Postman. Global IDs are still included in the response.
