The user can click the arrow on the Saved button to open a drop-down menu, then click the Advanced Configuration button to add the widgets.

Workaround

According to the suggestion provided by the dev team, a widget can be added for the Editor template. "You can click the arrow on the Saved button to open a drop down menu, then click Advanced Configuration button to add widgets."
