Unable to add additional web maps to the ArcGIS StoryMaps sidecar element if the sidecar already has multiple web maps and the story has navigation enabled.

Additional Information
Given the inexact steps to reproduce and existence of several easy workarounds, this issue will not be addressed.Workaround
- Disable navigation in the story's Design settings.
- Reorder the sidecar slides so the blank slide is not the last slide.
