Additional Information

Switches require a default value to be set. By selecting either yes or no in the default value dropdown, the save is successful. A better validation error to highlight missing information in a future release is being worked on.

Workaround

  1. Add ArcGIS Field Maps in ArcGIS Online.
  2. Create a list in the item details page.
  3. Add the field as a question.
  4. Change the question type to Switch.
