Additional Information

The 'Add > Add Layer From Web > A CSV file' workflow expects the input to be a URL directly to a .csv file stored in a web server. For example, https://www.domain.com/sample.csv. To add files from a cloud storage service, the workaround listed in this bug is the intended workflow.

Workaround

  1. In ArcGIS Online, click Content > Add Item > From cloud drive.
  2. Click One Drive.
  3. Select the newly added CSV file.
  4. Provide all the required details, such as Name and Tag.
  5. Click Publish.
