Additional Information

We access Web Map Service (WMS) layers using the ArcGIS API for JavaScript and they require a proxy, which is the issue. We got the proxy to work: Downloaded an app. Do not add "nccoastalatlas.org" to the authorizedCrossOrginDomains. Setup a proxy using IIS, proxy.ashx and config.json: "httpProxy": { "useProxy": true, "alwaysUseProxy": false, "url": "./proxy.ashx", "rules": [] }
