Unable to add a Keyhole Markup Language (KML) file to ArcGIS Experience Builder in ArcGIS Online using the Add Data widget, and the following error message: “Unable to load KML: Internal KML parser error.” is returned.

Additional Information
The Add Data widget does not currently support KMZ files.Workaround
- Add the KML file to My Content.
- Open the web app, click the Add Data widget, and click Search.
- Search for the KML file uploaded and add it to the web app. The data can be added without issue.
