Additional Information

This issue is not reproducible on two separate machines. This issue possibly stem from a caching issue, as there were deployments and upgrades made to both Power BI Desktop and ArcGIS for Power BI in the last few weeks. To ensure this has been resolved, please ensure that Power BI Desktop has been updated to the latest version: Version: 2.112.603.0 64-bit (December 2022). Once that has been confirmed, please run through all of these steps and attempt the process again. To clear the browser's local storage in Power BI Desktop, do the following: On your local system, browse the following folder locations: -.exe version—%LocalAppData%\Microsoft\Power BI Desktop (for example, \AppData\Local\Microsoft\Power BI Desktop) -Microsoft Store version—C:\Users\\Microsoft\Power BI Desktop Store App 1. Delete the CEF folder. 2. Delete the WebView2 folder. 3. Delete the Cache folder. 4. Restart the machine.

Workaround

Share the feature layer and the map image layer with the group.
