Workaround
Contact Customer Service for assistance in generating a new ArcGIS Online subscription to activate and cancel the broken subscription.
When activating the new subscription, either:
- Do not use social login.
- Create a social login as a public user account first and choose the option to use an existing public account as the administrator of the new subscription. Log in with the existing social login public account.
