Additional Information
This application is updated to avoid requesting data resources on items unless necessary for display. This resolves the load performance issues noted in this defect.Workaround
Search with the same item ID or the name of the image collection in the ArcGIS Online Contents page. The image collection is available and works fine when accessed through the item details page.
