We have moved groups management from /admin/sites to the new Content Library interface. To get there, sign in, click the pencil icon edit a site, click the site-name dropdown, and select "Content Library". Unfortunately, it seems that some people have bookmarked the old admin page at /admin/sites. We are in the process of migrating all admin functionality out of that route. Soon, the /admin/sites URL will be completely gone, and it will not be possible to attempt to access the deactivated functions from a URL like that.Steps to Reproduce
