The issue is not reproducible on Google Pixel devices on Android 14 (latest version: March 2024 security update). If this issue continues to be observed after the device is updated to the latest Android 14 security patch, contact Esri Support Services for further investigation.Workaround
Use other browsers to access the ArcGIS Hub site.
