Bug
UI: Layer Properties dialog Symbology tab for feature layer: Categories renderers (Unique Values and Unique Values Many Fields). When Value Field is a numeric field, the Label column should respect the number formatting defined for that field in the layer properties. (Long term issue, not new issue)
