Typing a buffer distance value manually in the Incident Analysis widget in Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS fails to update the distance value unless the user presses Enter on the keyboard.

Additional Information
This is by design to keep the widget from generating multiple buffers as the user types the distance. If the user types 300, it would end up generating buffers for 3, 30 and 300 feet. Hence, the Enter key is required.Workaround
- Press Enter on the keyboard after manually typing a value.
- Use the buffer distance slider.
