Trying to select all features with the Selection Tool, returns no features for feature classes not registered as versioned when the selection envelope encompasses the entire spatial extent.

Workaround
There are 3 possible workarounds:1) Let the spatial envelope touch some of the features on the periphery of the spatial extent. So the selection works as long as the envelope does not encompass the entire spatial extent.2) Make 2 selections: a) Draw the box around all but a few of the features. b) Using Add to current Selection (Selection menu, Interactive selection method), select the remaining feature.3) Register the feature class with the geodatabase.Steps to Reproduce
