Truncating a Survey123 Connect feature layer results in a corrupted _results view. However, truncate must not be allowed as the Survey123 Connect feature layer is in a relationship.

This issue is not reproducible in the current version of Survey123. If experiencing the behavior described in this defect, reach out to Esri Technical Support for further investigation.Workaround
1. Delete the corrupt view *_results.
2. Fill in one survey so the feature layer has data in it.
3. Go to https://survey123.arcgis.com > Go to the survey > Go to Collaborate > Choose ‘Share results’ > Adjust sharing. This time a correct <feature layer>_results view is created.
