Partial workaround is to use the Import Annotation from CAD tool and set reference scale to 5. The process for defining an appropriate reference scale is described at <a href="http://webhelp.esri.com/arcgisdesktop/9.3/index.cfm?id=3257&pid=3254&topicname=Converting_CAD_text_to_an_annotation_feature_class" target="_blank">http://webhelp.esri.com/arcgisdesktop/9.3/index.cfm?id=3257&pid=3254&topicname=Converting_CAD_text_to_an_annotation_feature_class</a>This is only a partial workaround as it converts the annotation to be the right size, but it does not preserve the color and size of the two fonts in the input dxf.Steps to Reproduce
