Additional Information

In this scenario, a Condition barrier is configured for both the IN and OUT terminals (Asset Group is equal to Indeterminate) on the device, whereas a Starting point is only present on the IN terminal. Ignore Starting Points at Barriers is honored properly in this case but does not apply to the OUT terminal which also has a barrier present. This is what led to the trace result reported.

Workaround

Place a second starting point on the other terminal (so that both the IN and OUT terminals have starting points) and run the trace again with the Ignore Barriers at Starting Points parameter checked.
