Total Time and Length are inaccurately equal when solving an OD Cost Matrix with a NAVTEQ SDC dataset and Time is set as the impedance.

Workaround

1. Upgrade to 9.3 or 9.3.12. Solve by Length3. Export area of SDC network and build custom network====From Jay Sandhu===In 9.2, on the Accumulate tab, ONLY check on the accumulated attribute. Do not check the attributethat is being used to solve on. So if on the Analysis tab the OD is solving on Time, then only check on the Length for accumulate and it will be accumulated properly.
