Additional Information

This is by design. The Topographic North Arrow (TM North Arrow) meets a mapping specification. When rounded, the Mils value must be a whole number in increments of 10 (e.g. 10, 20, 30, etc...). This behavior is similar to the behavior in ArcMap. The Half Round Up method of rounding is being used. 25.2 rounds up to 30 25.1 rounds up to 30 24.9 rounds down to 20 In ArcGIS Pro 2.2 release, we will be releasing a Topo North Arrow. In the Topo North Arrow, the Mils, when rounded, will be rounded to the nearest integer. The Half Round Up method of rounding will be used, which is similar to the behavior in ArcMap. 24.6 rounds up to 25 24.5 rounds up to 25 24.4 rounds down to 24
