To successfully append features to the DemolitionSites sublayers from the Neighborhood Stabilization Solution, the appropriate relevant value in the status field for each sublayer is required.

Additional Information
A note has been added to the Configure Neighborhood Stabilization topic. Additionally, the Allows Null Values setting for each of the layers has been changed to no. Doing this disables the layers containing null values from being appended to the specified layer.Steps to Reproduce
