Additional Information
This issue is not reproducible in ArcGIS Field Maps 25.2.0.Workaround
- Publish the layer and create the web map using ArcGIS Online or the ArcGIS Enterprise portal Map Viewer.
- Publish the web map with time disabled and enable the time using ArcGIS Online or the ArcGIS Enterprise portal.
