Time-enabled imagery is not functioning correctly in the Portal for ArcGIS 10.9.1 Map Viewer; the widget starts up but does not render the imagery despite moving the timeframes to include all times available.

Additional Information

Issue is not reproducible in ArcGIS Enterprise 11.4.

Workaround

Open the Portal for ArcGIS 10.9.1 in Map Viewer Classic and the Time line widget then works.
