Time-enabled group map image layer does not display the time information if one of the layers in the group is not time enabled.

Workaround
- Repeat the process and instead of copying the feature class from the Contents pane, add the feature class from the Catalog pane again.
- After publishing the service, investigate the service in the REST endpoint. The group image layer displays the time information.
