Additional Information

This issue is fixed via various enhancements in ArcGIS Pro 2.7, ArcGIS Online, and ArcGIS Enterprise based on feature services. When setting a preferred time zone for a service, ArcGIS Pro must honor this setting and display the dates in the preferred timezone.
