Additional Information
A time question submits a string in the format hh:mm to a text field. When the bind::esri:fieldType is set to esriFieldTypeDate, this string is submitted to a date field. Since the string does not match any of the supported input formats for a date field, this XLSForm construction is not supported.Workaround
Use a dateTime question or a time question. Time questions can also be used with a bind::esri:fieldType set to esriFieldTypeTimeOnly.Steps to Reproduce
